Self Care Activities during the School Closure

We know how stressful this time of year is for most of us normally and recognize that the additional uncertainty may be having a greater impact.

Mustang March was planned by the Culture Club (adults and students) to be a pick me up for us all. Since we had to cancel it, we decided to develop these Self-Care Calendars to use while we are off.
