Principal Erika Pierce and Athletic Director Brandon Parks are proud to annouce Nikki Elmore as Stockdale's 2nd Head Volleyball Coach in the history of Stockdale. Coach Elmore takes over for Coach Maria Collatz who has served in the role since the opening of the school. We thank Coach Collatz for her dedication to the Stockdale Volleyball program and welcome Coach Elmore into the Mustang Family! Congratulations Coach Elmore!

On Friday and Saturday, Stockdale Esports had our first live tournament in a few years. We played League of Legends on Friday, and Overwatch 2 on Saturday. Our League of Legends team showed quite a bit of development over the few months that the team has been playing together as 3 of the 4 members had never played the game prior to joining the team.

Our Overwatch 2 Varsity and JV teams competed against 10 other KHSD schools and BCHS in a full day of matches. Overall, our Varsity placed in the top 4 in our division, and our JV team won 1st place in our division. I am beyond proud of the students that joined esports and am grateful for all the support we have gotten from administration and staff around campus. If you know and see any of these students, they each deserve a huge kudos for coming together and representing Stockdale in a big and positive way.

Congratulations to the Lady Mustang Soccer team for winning the Spartan Winter Classsic this past weekend! Way to go Mustangs!

Congratulations to Hannah Pacheco and Jackson Giumarra for running qualifying times for the California State Cross Country Meet in Division 1. We're very proud of their committment and achievement. Shout out to their coaches Tyus Thompson and Bree Tape for their work this season as well.
